This study aims to analyze the satisfaction level of the Police Academy cadets with the implementation of educational and developmental services in 2025. The research employs a mixed-methods approach with a sequential explanatory design, in which quantitative data are collected and analyzed first, followed by qualitative data to further explain the quantitative findings. Quantitative data were obtained through a five-point Likert-scale questionnaire ranging from “very satisfied” to “very dissatisfied.” The questionnaire was distributed to Police Academy cadets, while qualitative data were collected through interviews and observations. Quantitative data were analyzed descriptively to determine cadet satisfaction levels, whereas qualitative data were analyzed through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The quantitative results indicate that respondents’ satisfaction falls within the “Very High” category, with an average score of 91.6%. Qualitative findings further show that, in general, cadets hold positive views regarding the implementation of academic and non-academic activities within the educational environment. However, several aspects still require improvement, including the utilization of learning technologies, active instructor engagement, and the availability of supporting facilities and infrastructure.
Susy Fitria Monica Niken Wulandari Sahrul Copyright (c) 2026 Susy Fitria, Monica Niken Wulandari, Sahrul https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 2026-04-05 2026-04-05 7 4 523 528 10.36312/10.36312/vol7iss4pp523-528 Makna lirik lagu beranjak dewasa oleh nadin amizah kajian teori hermeneutika schleiermacher https://www.ojs.cahayamandalika.com/index.php/jomla/article/view/6295
The process of transitioning into adulthood is a complex phase characterized by emotional instability, identity negotiation, and psychological uncertainty, particularly among Generation Z. Popular music often functions as a reflective medium that articulates such experiences, one of which is expressed through the song Beranjak Dewasa by Nadin Amizah. This study aims to analyze the meaning embedded in the song’s lyrics using Schleiermacher’s hermeneutic approach, which emphasizes grammatical and psychological interpretation. This research employs a qualitative descriptive method through textual analysis of selected lyric excerpts that represent the process of individual maturation. The findings indicate that the song’s lyrics portray inner conflict, emotional vulnerability, acceptance of change, and awareness of life’s imperfections as integral parts of becoming an adult. Grammatically, the song uses simple yet emotionally rich diction, creating an intimate and reflective tone, while psychologically, the lyrics reflect the songwriter’s subjective emotional experiences. This study contributes to the fields of communication and popular music studies by demonstrating the relevance of hermeneutic analysis in interpreting contemporary song lyrics and by providing insights into the representation of the quarter-life crisis in Indonesian popular music narratives
Mellyka Maharani Jatmiko Latifa Ramonita Copyright (c) 2026 Mellyka Maharani Jatmiko, Latifa Ramonita https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 2026-04-07 2026-04-07 7 4 529 536 10.36312/10.36312/vol7iss4pp529-536 Dampak regulasi pajak digital terhadap kepatuhan keuangan platform UMKM online https://www.ojs.cahayamandalika.com/index.php/jomla/article/view/5781
This study aims to analyze the impact of digital tax regulation and digital tax literacy on the financial compliance of online Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia. The main issue addressed is the relatively low fiscal compliance level within the rapidly growing digital economy sector, despite the government’s implementation of digital-based tax policies. This research employs a quantitative approach with an explanatory research design to examine the causal relationships among variables. Primary data were collected through an online survey of 385 MSME owners operating on e-commerce platforms such as Tokopedia, Shopee, and Bukalapak. The research instrument consisted of a closed-ended questionnaire using a five-point Likert scale, tested for validity through Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) and for reliability using Cronbach’s Alpha (>0.7). The results of multiple linear regression analysis show that digital tax regulation (β = 0.426; p < 0.001) and digital tax literacy (β = 0.337; p < 0.001) both have a positive and significant influence on MSMEs’ financial compliance. The coefficient of determination (R² = 0.482) indicates that these two variables explain 48.2% of the variance in financial compliance levels. These findings confirm that effective digital tax policies and higher levels of tax literacy play crucial roles in enhancing compliance among online business actors. This research provides practical implications for the government to strengthen the integration between digital tax systems and e-commerce platforms, while also improving tax literacy through technology-based education programs. Theoretically, the findings reinforce the Theory of Planned Behavior as a framework for understanding tax compliance behavior in the digital era and offer empirical evidence for developing inclusive and adaptive fiscal policies aligned with the digitalization of the economy.
Dini Khoirani Ajeng Tita Nawangsari Copyright (c) 2026 Dini Khoirani, Ajeng Tita Nawangsari https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 2026-04-08 2026-04-08 7 4 537 541 10.36312/10.36312/vol7iss4pp537-541 Identifying students’ knowledge of multimedia technology use in secondary education learning https://www.ojs.cahayamandalika.com/index.php/jomla/article/view/6298
This study presents an analysis of students’ knowledge regarding multimedia technology as a subject within the teaching and learning process, particularly in the context of practical laboratory sessions. The research is entitled Identification of Students’ Knowledge of Multimedia Technology Use in Secondary Education Learning. The objectives of this study are to examine the importance of multimedia technology in secondary education and to identify how multimedia technology is utilized by students in the teaching and learning process at the secondary level. The population of this study consisted of twenty (20) schools, while the sample included five (5) representative schools, involving a total of 50 students, comprising 28 male and 22 female students. This study employed a qualitative descriptive method, and the data collection techniques used were documentation and questionnaire-based surveys. The primary instrument for data collection was a structured questionnaire. The results of the study indicate that out of the 50 secondary school students from five schools, all respondents acknowledged that multimedia technology is a subject included within their learning context. Regarding familiarity with multimedia technology topics, 66% of students responded “yes,” while 34% responded “no,” indicating that the majority of students possess knowledge of multimedia technology. However, concerning the availability of practical laboratory sessions related to multimedia technology, only 36% of students responded “yes,” while 64% responded “no,” suggesting that most students still lack access to practical laboratory facilities. Furthermore, regarding the use of materials in practical sessions related to operating computer programs, only 10% of students responded “yes,” while 80% responded “no.” These findings indicate that only a small proportion of students understand the process of operating computer programs.
Paulo Alves Cabral Kristiani Kristiani Pedro Correia Copyright (c) 2026 Paulo Alves Cabral, Kristiani Kristiani, Pedro Correia https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 2026-04-09 2026-04-09 7 4 542 550 10.36312/10.36312/vol7iss4pp542-550 Implementation of the discovery method in teaching newton’s second law for physics education students https://www.ojs.cahayamandalika.com/index.php/jomla/article/view/6299
This study examines the implementation of the Discovery Learning method in Micro Teaching courses for Physics Education students at Universidade Nacional Timor Lorosa’e (UNTL). Discovery Learning is a student-centered approach that encourages learners to construct their own understanding through experimental activities, while the teacher serves primarily as a facilitator. The purpose of this research is to determine whether this method can be easily understood and applied by students. This study employs a qualitative design with a case study approach. Data were collected through classroom observations and documentation analysis, then analyzed descriptively to identify patterns in student performance and teaching practices. The findings reveal that most students were able to design systematic lesson plans based on the Discovery Learning framework. However, a small number of students experienced difficulties in implementing the method sequentially during teaching practice. Despite these challenges, the use of simple and easily accessible materials proved that the method can be effectively applied in classroom settings. Overall, the study concludes that Discovery Learning is feasible and beneficial for Micro Teaching students, as it promotes deeper conceptual understanding, particularly in learning complex topics such as Newton’s Second Law
Kristiani Paulo Alves Cabral Pedro Correia Copyright (c) 2026 Kristiani Kristiani, Paulo Alves Cabral, Pedro Correia https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 2026-04-09 2026-04-09 7 4 551 556 10.36312/10.36312/vol7iss4pp551-556 Students’ understanding of question-level difficulty in thematic unit a textbooks in secondary education https://www.ojs.cahayamandalika.com/index.php/jomla/article/view/6301
This study aims to examine students’ understanding in solving questions presented in the additional questions section of the Grade 11 chemistry textbook, as well as to identify the distribution of questioning levels contained in that section. The research was conducted at a general secondary school, involving 52 Grade 11 science-track (TC) students as the research participants. Data were collected using multiple techniques and instruments, including documentation, observation, questionnaires, and interviews. The findings indicate that the cognitive questions in the additional questions section are predominantly categorized at the processing level, accounting for 53%. Based on the questionnaire analysis, students’ level of understanding of input-level questions is classified as high (61%), while their understanding of processing-level questions falls within the sufficient category (48%), and output-level questions are also categorized as sufficient (49%). Furthermore, from the 15 questions administered to the students, 5.8% of students demonstrated a lack of understanding in answering the questions, 76.9% provided neutral responses, and 17.3% showed adequate understanding in their answers. Overall, the results suggest that students’ level of understanding can be classified as sufficient. Interview findings further reveal that several factors contribute to this condition, including students’ tendency to forget the subject content, lack of note-taking, and limited concentration during learning. Therefore, it is recommended that teachers provide additional questions as part of daily exercises or homework to enhance students’ understanding and learning outcomes.
Pedro Correia Kristiani Kristiani Paulo Alves Cabral Julia Baquita Fatima Soares Copyright (c) 2026 Pedro Correia, Kristiani Kristiani, Paulo Alves Cabral, Julia Baquita Fatima Soares https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 2026-04-09 2026-04-09 7 4 557 567 10.36312/10.36312/vol7iss4pp557-567 Kedudukan hukum pembeli apartemen yang hanya memiliki ppjb terhadap eksekusi hak tanggungan atas hak atas tanah milik developer https://www.ojs.cahayamandalika.com/index.php/jomla/article/view/6304
The rapid growth of vertical property development in Indonesia has given rise to widespread pre-project selling practices, in which the Sale and Purchase Binding Agreement (Perjanjian Pengikatan Jual Beli/PPJB) serves as the primary instrument between developers and buyers prior to the issuance of a Deed of Sale and Purchase. From a legal standpoint, buyers holding only a PPJB possess merely personal rights (persoonlijk recht) that cannot be asserted against third parties, placing them in the position of concurrent creditors under Articles 1131 and 1132 of the Civil Code. This vulnerability becomes critical when developers encumber project land with mortgage rights (Hak Tanggungan) as collateral and subsequently default, exposing buyers to the risk of asset execution. This study employs a normative juridical method through statutory and conceptual approaches to examine the legal standing of PPJB holders, available legal protections, and accessible legal remedies. The findings reveal that although Supreme Court Circular Letter Number 4 of 2016 provides some protection for good-faith buyers, the executorial authority of mortgage holders as preferential creditors remains normatively superior. Legal remedies such as third-party opposition (derden verzet), actio pauliana, and consumer dispute resolution have proven insufficient to fully restore buyers' rights. Comprehensive regulatory reform, including mandatory escrow account mechanisms and stricter oversight of pre-project selling, is urgently needed.
Lintang Lasmita Sari Novena Kristina Sari Deddy Siswanto Copyright (c) 2026 Lintang Lasmita Sari, Novena Kristina Sari, Deddy Siswanto https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 2026-04-12 2026-04-12 7 4 568 574 10.36312/10.36312/vol7iss4pp568-574 Dynamics of post-training coaching leadership implementation: a case study of first-line managers in a private hospital https://www.ojs.cahayamandalika.com/index.php/jomla/article/view/6306
This study aims to explore the dynamics of coaching skills implementation among first-line managers following their participation in the “Coaching for Leaders” training program in a private hospital setting. A qualitative approach with a case study design was employed to gain an in-depth understanding of participants’ experiences. Data were collected through semi-structured in-depth interviews, non-participant observations, and document analysis involving eight first-line managers. The data were analyzed using thematic analysis based on the interactive model of Miles, Huberman, and Saldana. The findings reveal that although participants have developed a basic understanding of coaching principles, the implementation of coaching skills remains partial and situational. Coaching practices are primarily applied in specific contexts, such as one-on-one interactions and performance evaluations, rather than being consistently integrated into daily leadership practices. The study identifies several barriers to implementation, including habitual directive leadership styles, time constraints, high workload, and limited staff readiness. At the same time, intrinsic motivation, positive initial experiences, and peer support are found to facilitate the implementation process. Furthermore, the study highlights positive impacts at managerial, staff, and team levels, including increased self-awareness, improved communication, and enhanced staff initiative. However, these impacts are not consistently observed across all units. This study contributes to the literature by providing a contextual and in-depth understanding of post-training coaching implementation in healthcare settings and emphasizes the importance of organizational support in sustaining behavioral change.
Dharmawan P Hadad Copyright (c) 2026 Dharmawan P Hadad https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 2026-04-14 2026-04-14 7 4 575 583 10.36312/10.36312/vol7iss4pp575-583 The effect of repeated firing on shear bond and flexural strength of nickel-chromium porcelain-fused-to-metal restorations: a systematic review https://www.ojs.cahayamandalika.com/index.php/jomla/article/view/6294
Objective: This systematic review aimed to evaluate the effect of repeated porcelain firing cycles on the shear bond strength and flexural bond strength of nickel–chromium (Ni-Cr) porcelain-fused-to-metal restorations. Methods: This study followed the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) guidelines. Literature searches were conducted in Scopus, Crossref, Google Scholar, and Semantic Scholar databases using Publish or Perish software version 8. The search included studies published between January 2015 and December 2025. Keywords related to repeated firing, nickel–chromium alloy, porcelain-fused-to-metal restorations, shear bond strength, and flexural strength were applied using Boolean operators. Articles were screened through title, abstract, and full-text evaluation according to predetermined inclusion and exclusion criteria. Data from eligible studies were extracted and synthesized qualitatively. Results: A total of 2,412 records were initially identified, and after the screening and eligibility process, 21 studies were included in the qualitative synthesis. The reported shear bond strength (SBS) values ranged from approximately 13 MPa to 65 MPa, depending on alloy composition, surface treatment, manufacturing technique, and firing cycles. Flexural bond strength values measured using the three-point bending test according to ISO 9693 ranged from approximately 20 MPa to 25 MPa. Most studies indicated that repeated firing cycles within the conventional clinical range had minimal influence on bond strength. However, excessive firing cycles or repeated alloy recasting could lead to gradual reductions in bond strength due to alterations in oxide layer formation and interfacial characteristics. Conclusion: Repeated porcelain firing cycles generally have limited effects on the mechanical properties of Ni-Cr porcelain-fused-to-metal restorations when performed within standard laboratory procedures. Most reported bond strength values met or approached the minimum requirements specified by ISO 9693, indicating that Ni-Cr metal–ceramic restorations remain mechanically reliable for clinical applications.
Heldayani Endang Prawesthi Imas Maesaroh Copyright (c) 2026 Heldayani, Endang Prawesthi, Imas Maesaroh https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 2026-04-14 2026-04-14 7 4 584 594 10.36312/10.36312/vol7iss4pp584-594 Pengaruh moderasi komitmen keagamaan terhadap pengaruh atribut islami pada kepuasan pelanggan (Studi empiris pelanggan bank BMT beringharjo) https://www.ojs.cahayamandalika.com/index.php/jomla/article/view/6288
This research aims to analyze the influence of religious commitment as a moderating variable on the influence of Islamic attributes in the context of sharia banking on customer satisfaction. The research was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 158 Bank BMT Beringharjo customer respondents as research samples.
